XI. No-Transcript / No-Write Policy

Short Hearings (Under 30 Min) Appearance fee only. Zero no-write fees.

Standard Proceedings (30 Min to 3 Hours) Appearance fee + $150 no-write fee

Extended/Complex (Over 3 Hours or Highly Technical) Appearance fee + $300 no-write fee OR 50% of original transcript cost, whichever is greater
